CASE: EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS: DEMOPOULOS & 7 OTHERS
In the Application no. 13466/03: Mrs Eleni Kanari-Eliadou and others Ms Vourkidou appeal before the European Court of Human Rights on behalf of Greek-Cypriot applicants claiming violation of their property rights due to the continued occupation of the northern part of Cyprus by Turkey.
