Civil Litigation 

Most of our litigation work is debt recovery, property and construction related claims of all kinds, landlord and tenant, bankruptcy and insolvency, contracts, road traffic accidents, trusts, wills and succession and employment.

Corporate/Commercial

Some of the main services we provide is the incorporation, management and administration of Cyprus companies including the domiciliation services to companies of our nonresidential clients and we have a substantial number of international clients utilizing our services. We are also introducers to banks for the opening and administering of bank accounts.

Employment

Our services include the drafting of employment agreements, the termination of employment and any other related matter concerning an employment agreement.

Family

​We are dealing with all aspects of Family law such as divorce, property disputes, custody and parental responsibility, maintenance and adoption.

Human Rights

Headed by Ms. Efi Vourkidou Liaside, senior associate, who handled a significant number of high-profile applications before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, since 2003 relating to the ongoing violations of human rights of Greek Cypriots as a result of the Turkish invasion in July 1974.

Inheritance, Succession, Wills & Probate, Trusts

We deal with the drafting of wills and all matters relating to probate and administration of estates, the establishment and administration of Cypriot international trusts as well as international tax planning

International Tax Planning

Cyprus has double taxation agreements for the avoidance of double taxation with 64 countries. The corporate tax rate is 12.5%. Cyprus doesn’t apply any withholding taxes for payments of dividends and interest by Cyprus tax residents to non-Cyprus tax residents. There is also no withholding tax on royalties granted for use outside Cyprus. Therefore, Cyprus is the ideal jurisdiction to register and maintain a holding company and we are providing such services.
We also provide advice and compliance services to corporate executives and high-net-worth individuals who wish to undertake residence in Cyprus and benefit from the Cyprus Non-Domiciled Tax Status. With smart planning, a qualifying non-dom individual that is resident in Cyprus for tax purposes will pay no tax on capital gains and most investment income.

Immigration Law & Citizenship

Our firm has been registered in the Registry of Service Providers for the Cyprus Investment Programme providing our services to high net worth individuals who wish to obtain the Cypriot citizenship through investment in Cyprus.
We also provide our services for the Cyprus Permanent Residency, Relocation of Overseas Corporations, Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, Private client Portfolio Management and Civil Registry Matters .

Real Estate & Land Law​

We advise in relation to the purchase, sale, developing and leasing of both commercial and residential land, including assisting in the negotiation, conducting land registry searches, drafting the relevant contracts, negotiating bank guarantees and securing the issue of title deeds and transfer of ownership. We also undertake to obtain all tax clearances and carry out all the required Land Registry procedures.
We have a substantial number of overseas clients who have invested in real estate in Cyprus. ​

Shipping & Admiralty

Some of our main work includes the incorporation of shipping companies, the registration of ships under Cyprus flag and their representation, the drafting and registration of ship mortgages and other security documents for the financing of ship acquisition to secure the lenders.
