Efi Vourkidou - Liaside

Efi is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Democratization, completed with a scholarship. Her academic background has equipped her with a solid foundation in both national and international legal systems.

With over 25 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, Efi has developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, litigation, and family dispute resolution.

As Head of Compliance, she leads the design and implementation of robust regulatory frameworks, risk management strategies, and corporate governance structures.

In her capacity as a Senior Advocate, Efi has represented clients in complex civil and family law cases, with a focus on strategic litigation and dispute resolution — including appearances before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

A certified Family Mediator, she is skilled in fostering constructive dialogue and facilitating amicable settlements in sensitive family matters.

Additionally, Efi served as a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, actively contributing to the promotion and protection of fundamental rights within the legal and social framework.
